USA Inc Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between was forwarded to NASA/ARC.
The draft MOU was similar to the NASA/Virgin
Galactic, LLC MOU.

In
2009, Virgin Galactic plans to be the world's first private space line.
During the first ten years, Virgin Galactic plans to send about 50,000
people on space flights or two to three flights per day. The initial cost
