Energy USA Inc is incorporated in Illinois and has 100 million shares. Initially, 10 million shares will be sold for $100 per share to raise $1 billion. 5 million shares will be for an employees awards program. 5 million will be held by the founders, and 45 million shares in Hansen Foundation to help take millions of people out of poverty, provide them with a World-Class Education, and empower them to live out their dreams. The remaining 35 million shares will be sold at some future date for $10 billion.
