2009 thru 2032

Carbon dioxide emissions are reduced by 5 billion metric tons or 4 billions metric tons below 1990 levels: 3.4 billion metric tons from upgrading fossil power plants to Mirror Power plants: 1.0 billion metric tons from transportation sector; plus 0.6 billion metric tons of nitrous oxides.
